What is MyChauffeur?
MyChauffeur is an online portal which allows customers to manage their ground transport bookings.
You can login to MyChauffeur in two ways:
- Account Customer: your email address (or username) is registered for login. Includes corporate account customers, Chauffeurs & Royale staff.
- Manage My Booking: you may not be registered with an account, but can use a reference or job number and passenger surname (or any whole word within the passenger name). Use this option if you are a retail customer and your booking was made via an agent, online on any Royale web site or by phone/email.
What information can I see?
- Account customers will be able to view all future and historial bookings (last 6 months).
- Manage My Booking users (e.g. Retail) will be able to view bookings that match the reference or job number and passenger surname provided on login. This could be a single transfer or multiple transfers for a single reference or voucher number. If you have multiple bookings for a specified reference or voucher number, a My Jobs page will be displayed with all your transfers.
What can I do? MyChauffeur is permission dependant and allows the following tasks:
- Change or cancel a booking (either automated or change request)
- Confirm a booking (Manage My Booking login only)
- Create a new booking (Account login only)
- View invoice details when relevant
